Where have I been? Where have these last couple of months gone?! Seriously.
Well I’ve been so absent not only because I started my new (old) job, but because life in general has been out of control busy! On top of that, I’ve been fighting off some sort of sickness.
I’ve been working, working out a ton, and spending the rest of my time reading and sleepin
I think {but am not certain because I believe in not weighing yourself and just knowing your body} I gained about 3 pounds in February. And since December I probably put on about a total of 6 pounds.
It’s time to get these extra pounds off! If I could just get these few pounds off I’d be back in tip-top shape like I was when this picture was taken:
Not only that, but I need to get back into my hardcore workout routine.
So for the next 6 months it’s lots of yoga, lots of working out at the gym, and lots of time focusing on my overall mental and physical health and well-being.
