If you’re craving warm, cinnamon-sugar churros but don’t want the hassle of heating a pot of oil, these Instant Pot Churro Bites are about to become your new favorite dessert. They’re soft, fluffy, coated in cinnamon sugar, and come together in about 30 minutes using ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.

These bite-sized churros are also incredibly kid-friendly. They’re easy to make, fun to coat in cinnamon sugar, and even more fun to dip in caramel, chocolate sauce, or dulce de leche.

How to Make Instant Pot Churro Bites
Step 1: Make the Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, then stir until a thick batter forms.
Step 2: Prepare the Egg Bite Molds
Lightly spray the silicone egg bite molds with cooking spray. Fill each cavity almost full, leaving just a little room for the batter to expand while cooking.
Cover each mold tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 3: Pressure Cook
Pour one cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Stack the covered egg bite molds on the trivet.
Close the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and pressure cook on High Pressure for 11 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Step 4: Coat in Cinnamon Sugar
Carefully remove the molds from the Instant Pot and let the churro bites cool for a minute before removing them from the molds.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl, then toss each warm churro bite until completely coated.
Serve immediately or with your favorite dipping sauce.
