- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 pound of thin sliced corned beef
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c up of Thousand Island dressing
- 8 ounces of Sauerkraut, squeezed to get liquid out
Butter Topping
- ¼ cup of butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon of parsley
Instructions
INGREDIENTS -
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly coat an 8x11 or 9x13 baking pan with softened butter.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Top the buns with Thousand Island dressing.
