wine slushies and exhausting days of keeping busy

Hey y’all! I know I skipped Totally Awkward Tuesday today, but I have just been overwhelmed getting acclimated with my surroundings again. Plus, I’ve been doing hours of online training at work and reading all of your posts, so I have had so little entergy to actually write my own posts!

But here I am, giving it my best! So other than training at work, all I’ve done is grocery shop and work out. Syracuse has had some semi-bad weather the last couple of days so I didn’t want to attempt to venture out on my own in the rain.

Today it was nice out. I was able to make a couple of calls about apartments (I’ll be viewing a place Friday afternoon – woo hoo!), and went to the gym not once, but twice. Yeah, I am still trying desperately to keep myself busy so I won’t think about how much I miss BF. It’s only working a litle, cause I’m definitely still missing him a TON.

The rest of this week is really busy for me. I’m going out for Sushi with my girl Emmy tomorrow night and Thursday night I’ll be meeting up with some old friends for the first time in couple years.

And, the moment you’ve all been waiting for… The story of the wine slushie. OK, so CGirl dumped a bottle of wine in a blender with ice and this Wine-a-Rita mix! It was awesome. I mean, I did have a half a bottle couple glasses.

That looks really good! Good luck with your apartment hunting – I hope you find a great one!

Thanks for your comments yesterday. Yes, I am from Memphis (I've actually always lived in a suburb right outside of it, but no one knows where that is and most people know of Memphis).

Also, I left something for you on my blog today!
