what a day to be alive!

So I didn’t do many of the things on my to do list today. But I did do the most important thing:

Spend some serious quality time with BF.

I got out of bed at 5am to go to my yoga class. I put my contacts in, put my yoga clothes on and got in my car. And then I realized. I will be leaving in a week and a half. Why am I going to yoga instead of spending some serious snuggle time in bed with the man of my dreams?!? I promptly got out of my car, took my contacts back out, changed back into my PJs and jumped back into bed with BF. Later when we woke up, BF told me he just knew I wasn’t going to yoga. πŸ™‚ I really love him.

So we went to get cupcakes, we split a sandwich, we drove up to the art museum in Cleveland, went for a stroll through Coventry (an artsy neighborhood in Cleveland), ate a grilled cheese sandwich, split some Peach-Mango Gelato, browsed through Crate and Barrel, and stopped by Trader Joes. After all the running around today it was nice to come home and snuggle up on the couch to watch a movie.

Hope everyone else had a wonderful day!

I think that the days when we slow down & just *be* with those we love are often the best days of our lives. =)

You are so brave and strong. Seriously. I don't know how I could plan my last days with the person that I'm madly in love with. I'd probably choose to sit there crying, feeling sorry for myself, but you're making it SO worth while. I admire you, girl. You are seriously so strong.

BTW, those cupcakes look yummy. My aunt & I have this plan to own a cupcake shop some day. Suggestions welcome. πŸ™‚

Gelato! I guess I am more partial to that then the cupcakes because I am vegan & allergic to wheat…You have been to the gelato place by Planet Fitness right?
