I’m not gonna lie. Last week was incredibly, incredibly tough for me. I was having a horrible work week and it was tearing me apart mentally, and then physically. Isn’t it amazing how things that are mental/emotional can end up manifesting themselves physically?
I’ve committed myself to ‘lightening up’ this week. I just can’t handle another week like the last.
Thankfully yesterday I had some time to reset myself and get refocused for, well…. life in general!

This past week has been pretty tough for me, maybe even longer than this past week. I’m trying to work through my frustrations but I definitely need to just let things go or at least not worry about them for now.
