I’ve been trying not to let the moments where I feel sad or anxious overwhelm me. It’s easy to let the snowball effect take-hold, and then it’s all downhill from there!

Lately I’ve been acknowledging how I feel and then moving on! Some days are easier said than done. So let this serve as a reminder!
