{ weekly mantra }

This week is a 4-day work week for me. I’m helping my parents move to Kentucky on Friday. I’m sad, but I know that being sad won’t change things. So I’m going to keep a positive outlook on the week.

I believe in cheese. True story. My weekend excitement came from Velveeta cheese & salsa dip while watching the Oscars.

I’m addicted to getting at least 8-hours of sleep. These chilly, winter mornings are keeping me in bed for as long as possible. And I can’t say I mind at all. Bring on the sleep!

I wish for a quick work week and some quality time with my parents while they move.

I’m happy when I’ve had a weekend of rest, like I did this weekend.

Mantra for the week: “Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.” – Buddha
