Life will never be less crazy. Life will always throw curve balls. And we really have no other option but to roll with it.
But we all have moments where we need someone to help pick us up; we need those people who will be strong for us when we can’t be.
I’ve said this before, but I firmly believe that people need to build each other up. Especially women. Women who fail to support each other aren’t women at all — they’re jealous girls. Yes, you can be a ‘jealous girl’ at any age.
And I’m so lucky to have an incredible support system around me. My husband is my rock, but the ladies I surround myself with are equally as important.
I’ve had a rough week emotionally. I totally forgot to take my anxiety meds a few days in a row… and it wreaked havoc on my life. Luckily the people who I choose to surround myself with are the people who are going to lift me up.
So thank you to those people in my life… my husband, my mom, my sister, my sister-in-law, my high school girlfriends, and my Akron friends… you rock.
This week my mantra is to continue to focus on the people the matter — the people who I love and support and who love and support me. <3
