{ weekly mantra }

This weekend I took a yoga class with the incredible Gretchen and loved every difficult second of it! It was just what I needed to start my weekend; the rest of which was spent in PJs with Ari and Chad. Sunday we had a visit with the GrandparAunts, complete with corned beef & reuben sandwiches from Corky & Lennys!

This week I’m mentally prepping for a long and crazy work week. But I’m facing an 11-hour day today. And seriously? I just can’t even think about it.

I believe that some days call for snoozing on the couch with a napping baby. Lucky for me I had one of those days this weekend. And Chad had one of those days the next!

I’m excited to help plan my sisters wedding! She sent me pictures yesterday from wedding dress shopping with my mom, and now that an official date has been set, I’m getting even more excited! What a way to ring in my 30th birthday! Yep, that’s right… my sisters wedding will be on the eve of my 30th birthday!

I’m addicted to trashy TV via Netflix. Yep. No secret.

I wish I didn’t require sleep. I could get so much more done if I just never slept.

I’m happy to report that I did get caught up on quite a bit of sleep this weekend. But I woke up as exhausted as ever this morning.

    I also have an 11 hour day today, but I am looking at it this way: at least it is out of the way on Monday!

    i wonder if you can ever really “catch up” on sleep. It seems like a neverending cycle! but naps are always amazing! At least you got to nap!

    ohh i love weddings! Especially when you get to help! Enjoy that!!
