{ weekly mantra }

This week I have a list of to-dos a mile long. I’m tying to be laid back about it. I mean, it’s totally not the end of the world if something doesn’t get done right away, am I right??

I believe that finding my edge is an important part of life. Finding my edge at work keeps me mentally stimulated; finding my edge in yoga keeps me emotionally and spiritually open. And I invite everyone to find their edge! You’d be amazed at how it impacts your life!

I’m still addicted to Chad’s guacamole. I planned on posting a picture and the recipe last week, but I didn’t get around to it [and I couldn’t hold off on eating the guac long enough to take the necessary pictures!]. But I’m also addicted to the Peppermint Stick ice cream from Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream. In fact, I’m running out on my lunch break to stock up on some more! What?? It’s seasonal!! Ha!

I wish Ari would take naps during the day. His refusal to nap has resulted in some seriously outta control afternoons/evenings. I could deal with less crankiness; that’s for dang sure.

I’m happy when I surround myself with happy, positive people. Part of keeping myself and my family happy and healthy in 2013 is keeping the ‘bad eggs’ out of our lives.

Weekly mantra:

goodday

    I sort of dread the day when my toddler refuses to take naps. Right now, he’s a master sleeper (they usually have to wake him up from napping at daycare) and I just can’t imagine he’ll ever grow out of it. =)
