{ weekly mantra }

This week Chad + I are going on our first date since Ari was born! Thanks to Papi + Mimi, we’ll be able to sneak out for a date night while we’re here visiting in Kentucky.

I believe in staying in my pajamas; which is what we did yesterday. Everyone needs a super relaxing day once in a while.

I’m addicted to Parenthood. I recently reactivated our Netflix subscription and during all of my late nights/early mornings I’ve been watching season 1 and season 2. Love, love, love that show. Plus, I really love Peter Krause. And it’s nice to see him in something post-Six Feet Under.

I wish for beautiful weather this week while we’re here in Kentucky. Yesterday it was 52 degrees, which is awesome compared to the temperature in Akron right now. 😉

I’m so happy that we are spending this Christmas with my family in Kentucky. I feel so lucky for things to have worked out this way.

    Merry Merry Christmas to Rachel, Chad and baby Ari! I hope you enjoy your date and that Ari’s first Christmas is a great one! (I’m hoping one of your presents is that he begins to sleep through the night!)

    Sending love from Syracuse!
