This week will continue to be an adjustment.
I [can’t] believe that we made him! Okay, I realize that might be a strange thing to say; but many sleepless nights have left me saying that a LOT. I can’t believe that HE has been what’s been baking in me for nearly 10 months! ๐
I’m addicted to staring at our precious little man! I swear Chad and I just stare at him nonstop! So in love with him!
I wish to find a routine this week. Chad is off work until next Tuesday and I’d really like to be less terrified when I’m alone with Ari during the day.
I’m happy to have this time to soak up with my new family of three. And I’ve fully been taking advantage of it.
Weekly Mantra: This week it’s all about remembering that nothing comes easy, few things are “natural,” and that we’re all learning how to make it through. Buuuut more on that later this week! ๐ For now just enjoy this cuteness:
Julie
You’ll do awesome with your new 3-some ๐
Amanda
Its too bad men can’t take the same amount of time off as women – enjoy your new little family ๐ he is so adorable!!!!!!!!!!
Alissa
Glad to hear things are going well and getting adjusted. I can only begin to imagine what it must be like to adapt to a third person in your life!
I love that photo!!!! That’s one big happy family there!
DGMommy (Tamara)
You’ll be repeating that mantra for years to come. Enjoy this sweet time. Don’t expect too much of a routine for quite a few weeks yet, but setting the basic frame for one is a great idea! After 7 years and 3 babies, my go to book remains The Baby Whisperer and her E.A.S.Y routine (Eat, Activity, Sleep, You).
Best of luck! Beautiful mommy, baby and blog!
