go 24 hours
This is the goal for this week. 24-hours at a time. Going without complaint is hard, but it shouldn’t be when there is so much to be grateful for. So yeah. Let’s do this, Monday.

I think my personal record has been six days. It was *hard*, not because I am a chronic complainer, but because I think it’s so deeply entrenched in how we move through a day, that we don’t realize how how often we let even just a small complaint pass through our lips. My complaints were rare and minor, but I had to really think about every word I let out of my mouth. Anyway, it was hard but in a good way!
