It’s a Hero Update!
So a lot has been going on with me lately. I’ve managed to keep myself fairly busy lately!
New job
Going well. Still have one more week of training!
Apartment
My apartment will be ready this weekend! Yay! I’m so thrilled to have my apartment back. The tenants moved out today and I bought their washer and dryer from them yesterday. It was a steal!
Weekend
I know I was supposed to go to the NYS fair this weekend, but that didn’t happen. Not only was it supposed to POUR all day Saturday and I’m trying to save as much money as possible. But I woke up early to hit the gym Saturday and Sunday, kept up on my google reader, continued to read Eat Pray Love, watched a few movies, and spent a good deal of time relaxing!
I met up with my heterosexual life partner for some Starbucks today. It was lovely! Em is my heterosexual life partner because we decided that we would make the perfect couple… if we were lesbians. Which we are not. So we will always have our hetero love for each other (don’t judge! lol). I did a lot of laundry and started mentally preparing myself for this upcoming week.

Sounds like it was an awesome weekend….and I SOOOOO need a hetero partner. I really do not have ANY close girlfriends here locally and well, that just sucks.

My friend Alison & I often say the same thing: we'd be the best couple if girls did it for us. =) I am so jealous of your washer & dryer! I hate schlepping over to the laundry room.
