tribe social deck = awesome.

What a day! It began with a bad yogurt-yoga combination, followed by a disturbing phone call with even more disturbing news {more on that later}, but ended with a great win by the Cleveland Indians!

I was lucky enough to be in attendance for the Tribes highly unusual win against the Toronto Blue Jays. {Side note: I think I was the only person singing the Canadian national anthem. I love being part New Yorker/Buffalonian. PS. Is the Canadian anthem not THE most beautiful song ever? Just sayin’. Love it.}

In addition to having the pleasure of going, we {we being BF and I} actually got to sit in the Tribe Social Deck. The Tribe Social Deck is a section of Jacobs Progressive Field with Wifi access and is set up specifically for bloggers. I mean, how awesome is that? The Cleveland Indians are the only team to in the MLB, or professional sports for that matter, to do this. Kinda makes me proud to be part of it so early on!

You can check out an article to find out more about it here at Yahoo! or here at ESPN.

    I've always wanted to go to an Indians game! We go to quite a few Clippers games, which are so fun! Sounds like a great way to end a not-so-good day.

    Glad you had a good time in the Tribe Social Deck. I concur…it's a fun experience.

    I also agree that the Canadian national anthem is always great at games. I wish Americans sang their anthem the way that Canadians take pride and sing theirs.

    Very cool. I am going to a Diamondback game this weekend. I would love to visit as many parks as possible—it's always a fun outing!

    the social deck sounds like the place to be.

    but how the heck do we get a smoking deck…seeing how we paid for the place? I'm just sayin…when i start my own stadium and smoke friendly teams, they'll be sorry.
