The Perfect Monday Mantra // and a life update

Guys, I’d be lying if I said anything other than the fact that this past week was… challenging. And I’m going into this week 100% exhausted.

Remy Bea was running a pretty high fever from Monday through Wednesday of last week. It turns out she had a pretty bad double ear infection. I had no idea! Neither of my kids have ever had an ear infection before — and she wasn’t doing anything odd, like pulling at her ears. I felt so awful for her! Needless to say, it made for a pretty poopy week.

In addition to that level of crazy, Ari had Safety Town every day last week. And it was during Remy Bea’s nap time 🙁 Ughhh. Worst. Oh – and it was the last week for baseball.

Life was so un-glamourous. And ohhhh such a mess. But we survived!!

And so I’ll leave you with the perfect mantra for this Mondayest Monday ever:

xo, friends!

Hahaha, I so needed this today! And girl, hope everyone is better and back to normal, those weeks are the toughest. Ear infections are no joke, poor thing!

LOL Love your mantra! Having a sick little one is never fun. Hopefully this week will be better.
