I’ve had a heck of a week.
Thankfully, I’ve had the support of my wonderful,
supportive boyfriend; my awesome family and friends;
and incredible co-workers!
And over and over again people have said “just don’t worry!”
Sometimes you need to make it your own mantra to make it stick!
Thank you, Pinterest, for always having the right pin at the right time!

I know exactly how you feel, I worry constantly especially about things that I have no control over. I'm trying to be better, but it's something that I've always struggled with.

I know what you mean. It bugs me when people say, “just don't worry about it!” As if it were that easy! My husband always does a good job of modeling worry, or lack thereof – his perspective is that worrying won't change it, it just expends needless energy, so why do it? And then he moves on with his day. Gah!
Regardless, I hope that whatever it is you're worrying about, you're able to let it go and trust 🙂

if it were so easy to not worry, the drug companies would go out of business!!

It always seems like this time of year brings on extra worry!
I hope things look better for you this week!
