1. I only spent 30 minutes in the license bureau {aka, the DMV} and received an ugly Ohio drivers license and new plates!
2. The Bath and Body Works semi-annual sale. I only shop at BBW during their semi-annual sale. And pretty much the only thing I purchase are the $5 Wallflowers. One word: awesomesauce-amazingpants {what? it’s hyphenated which makes it one word… right?}. I buy these things in bulk during their semi-annual sale. Not to mention I also managed to pick up a Henri Bendel
Firewood candle for 50% off. Can someone say awesomesauce-amazingpants again??
3. On top of my lovely Bath and Body Works deals, I also happened to be drawn into Express by their gigantic Sale! signs. I figured I’d just browse and leave empty-handed. That certainly was NOT the case today.

I picked up this dress in black. Let’s be honest, I have no clue where I will manage to wear it to, but I suppose it’s a good thing to have on hand for $23. I also picked up this dress in green, this skirt in blue, and this top in black. And they were all steals. True story.
4. Post-work, BF and I met at P.F. Changs for happy hour. Generally speaking, I am not a fan of Changs, but I love, love, love their Salt and Pepper Calamari and Seared Ahi Tuna. And they just so happen to be part of the happy hour special.
5. We are spending the evening relaxing, watching Last Comic Standing
That sounds like a great damn day! BBW has great sales and I can always manage to find something I want/need at Express!

Ack! Are you TRYING to make me jealous?! This just makes me miss shopping in the States so much! I love the wall-flowers and firewood candles from BBW, and cute stuff from Express, too! Nicely done!

i stocked up at BBW two years ago on those giant soap refills,a nd i havnt had to buy any for a while.
now if i can only figure how to stock up on wine without having to buy any for a while.
We aren't allowed to smile on our driver's license now … mine is scary 🙁
