I’ve talked before of my issues with light bladder leakage since becoming pregnant with Ari. Well, since postpartum can be a serious you-know-what, my body wanted me to celebrate even further with additional LBL (or light bladder leakage). I blame it on the quick labor and delivery (and her incredibly quick exit from my body!).
Seriously.
Sure, the overall healing process was super quick, but I’ve definitely found that I pee myself a little throughout the days now.
Ugh. Of all things I need to be regularly happening, this is not one of them!

Enter Depend #underwareness campaign — The social movement and charitable cause created to break down the bladder leakage stigma! I’m on my own personal #underwareness journey, too! Hence, talking about peeing myself on this blog and to my personal friends. Ha. No, I won’t be wearing ONLY my Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs in public, but I am rocking them under my clothes — even while wearing a dress, you can’t tell!
As part of Underwareness, the Depend brand is encouraging people to show their support for women with bladder leakage. For every photo and video shared using #Underwareness and featuring Depend products, the Depend brand will donate $1, up to $3 million, through 2016 to fund charities that advance the research and education of bladder leakage.
If nothing else, head over here and claim your free sample! And help me end the stigma!
