How far along? 20 weeks + 1 day. Officially halfway! That’s really strange to me.

How big is the baby? The size of a banana. The baby weighs about 10.2 ounces (according to thebump.com) and about 6.5 inches long.

Total weight gain? I’ll know more after my 20 week doctors appointment Friday.

Maternity clothes? Absolutely.

Stretch marks? None that I can see. But, I haven’t really been on a mission to find them, either.

Sleep: Hit or miss. Still.

Movement: The flutters started a week ago and they haven’t stopped. This baby is moving a lot! I love it. πŸ™‚

Food cravings: Macaroni and cheese. Cheese, cheese, and more cheese.

Food aversions: Chicken. Still. I don’t see that changing much.

What I miss: Having boobs that don’t itch. Yeah, I wish that someone would’ve told me that when you’re pregnant and your boobs grow, your skin will itch like crazy. Have you ever tried to itch your boobs in public? I don’t recommend it. πŸ™‚ Again, TMI pregnancy over here. Sorry I’m not sorry. πŸ™‚

What I’m looking forward to: A week from Thursday is our ultrasound. & we get the gender!

Milestones: Hitting the halfway mark! 20 more weeks!

your baby is big, a banana??? eek! People don’t tend to tell you the stuff that sucks, because then you wouldn’t want to experience it. That is my take on it! hopefully your boobs stop itching, I can’t imagine the agony of trying not to scratch in public!

I agree that no one wants people to know the bad parts of being pregnant. I’m not gonna lie, having even bigger than D cup boobs is my fear and I know that will happen if I get pregnant someday lol
