monday mantra :: 3 more days

This week things will be very busy. But I am going to Ohio Thursday night, so I will focus on the weekend!

I believe in smiling, laughing, relaxing, working out and eating yummy food.

I’m addicted to planning. Pretty much obsessively planning at this point.

I wish I could afford to take yoga classes again.

I’m jealous of nothing. I am conscious that envy and jealousy are toxic, and I’m trying my darndest to be jealous of nothing.

Soundtrack/Mantra for the week: I can make it through this week! πŸ™‚

Yay for only 3 more days!

I agree – yoga classes can get expensive. Have you considered getting some yoga DVDs to do at home? I started a home practice recently, and while I miss the group dynamic, it's also nice to go at my own pace and learn to focus/direct myself.

YAY for getting to go home for the weekend!!!

Have you checked out any of the DVDs on yoga? A girl here at work swears by her “power yoga” DVD.

Have a fabulous week. πŸ™‚ XOXO

I totally believe in those things too! I want to start doing yoga but money woes are always a problem and the classes at gym are always booked.
here's to a fabulous week anyway!

Ditto on the yoga. I got classes for free in my college tuition. But now I'm graduated and can't touch my toes anymore πŸ™

Yay for going to Ohio again! Long weekends with boyfriends are the best πŸ™‚

BTW, cute apartment (from your previous post). I am so horribly ashamed of my surroundings that I would never post pictures of them!

I just found your blog for the first time and enjoyed getting to know you a little! : )

And good for you to be trying to avoid jealousy- that's an easy thing to succumb to and there's *always* someone else to be jealous of, if you let yourself. Better to be free to just enjoy and appreciate what you already have!

You should ask for some yoga classes for Christmas. I know that the place in the village has gift cards!
