This week will likely have it’s ups and downs, but at the end of the day, I’m still me. And that’s all that matters.
I believe in pushing toxic people out of your life. It’s 100% necessary. And if anyone calls you selfish for doing so, they just don’t understand.
{hot sweaty yoga class image}
I’m addicted to yoga. I’ve been practicing (in studio) non-stop lately. And I am an addict to that sweaty, blissed-out feeling!
I wish for a calm mind. Again.
I’m happy. Period. End of story. I am. 🙂 And I’m very happy for all of my friends! They are all so special to me and their happiness makes me even happier!

Soundtrack/Mantra for the week: “Whoever gossips to you will gossip of you.” — Spanish Proverb

    I am thinking that if anyone calls you selfish for that, then possibly *they* need to be investigated for being toxic too. =P

    LOVE your Mantra for the week. It's so true isn't it? I decided recently that I need to quit being a gossip. I am such a sucker for juicy news but then when I find out someone gossiped about me, I'm hurt! It's so hypocritcal of me I know. That's why I want to stop. I need to be better about saying to someone, when they confront me with juicy gossip, that I don't care to hear it. Maybe if EVERYONE quit doing it…people wouldn't get their feelings hurt so much. Sorry…you totally opened the flood gates for me. Hahaha!

    I love the “I Believe” as well as your addiction. Did you surpass your 30 days that you were aiming for?

    I also agree with the gossip quote. I think sometimes a conversation can borderline gossip (well one person interprets it as such, and the other person honestly didn't intend for that). But I think we all know when we've gotten wrapped up in gossip, and to be able to make a mental note and just say stop at that point, is hard. I have a coworker who does it all the time, about everyone to everyone, and I get so angry, but yet I've sat there and watched myself get caught up in it as well. . .

    Anyhowwwwww. 🙂 Happy Monday, good vibes, good week.
