missing: my practice

Something is missing. (& no, I’m not referring to BF, although he is missing from my life right now).

My yoga practice.

I am mourning the loss of my yoga practice.

I’ve been doing some group workouts at the gym and still doing my solo cardio workouts, but nothing has successfully replaced how yoga makes me feel.

I miss how good I felt with an after yoga ‘high’.

I miss how much more toned my body was.

I miss how it made my mind feel at ease.

That being said, I’m setting aside some money to start my yoga practice back up, right here in Syracuse.

I’m excited. But nervous. It’s a different type of yoga than I’m used to practicing, so I’m afraid that I might not like it as much.

True story.

Awww, I can certainly relate to this! What kind of yoga would you be practicing in Syracuse? I've tried a variety, so I may be able to put your mind at ease. ๐Ÿ™‚

During college, I was told by more than a couple of people to squeeze a yoga class into a semester as often as possible. Never actually did it, but it seems like whomever does it swears by it. Good luck!

I always tell people I was in the best shape when I was doing cardio classes and yoga.

I miss going to a studio for yoga as well. The place I went to in PA was great! For now, I often use yogamazing.com at home. I download the podcasts on iTunes.

    You are wonder woman!

I dread yoga day with P90X and have found excuses to skip it almost every week. I am awful and usually fall on my head. ๐Ÿ™‚
