This week will be another 4-day work week. Unfortunately, last weeks 4-day work week was exhausting and long as heck! Hopefully this work week will be less brutal.

I believe in me. I feel like I need to say that outloud right now.
I’m addicted attempting difficult yoga poses. I am convinced I will get them and stick them.
I wish for the ability to be super organized this week.
I’m happy that the work week is short, but anxious because my weekend will be short {and busy} too!
Soundtrack/Mantra for the week: “We use our bodies to into the poses, but really we use the poses to get into our bodies.” — one of my favorite yoga teachers, Terri Bahr, at a yoga class at Cleveland Yoga {Keeping this as my mantra for the week two weeks in a row. I need to remember this every morning!}

    I'm only working 3 days this week and going out of town with my mom! Seeing my Pittsburgh family this weekend is just the motivation I need to get everything accomplished!

    4 day work weeks seem so much worse to me. I mean really, it isnt like a work fairy comes in to do your work when you are off! you have to do the same amount of work in less days. it doesnt seem fair at all!

    Rachel, I hope this finds you well. I don't think I've talked to you since the Cleveland Marathon. Maybe next year you'll finally do the whole 26.2 with me. My time was much better this year around.

    Anyway, I'm finally awaking from my blog-coma and trying to get back in the game. So I wanted to stop by. Enjoy the weekend!!!
