It’s Friday again! Woo! For once I don’t have any plans! However, I know that I will be spending some time with my dad on Father’s Day. But I don’t have to work my regular job, nor do I have to work at the yoga studio! I plan on getting some serious sleep this weekend, that is for sure.
So to celebrate the arrival of the weekend, it’s time for this weeks Friday 5.
Let’s talk about Dairy. Wait. Whaaat? OK. Seems like an odd topic, but I’ll go with it.
1. What are your feelings about milk?
It is wonderful for cooking/baking. I, however, am not a big milk drinker. If I drink a glass of milk it must be Organic Skim milk. I’m picky. 😛
2. What are your feelings about cheese?
It’s delicious. I could eat extra sharp cheddar in bricks! Ok, maybe I couldn’t (and shouldn’t) eat a whole brick of extra sharp cheddar, but it’s so good! I also love me some swiss! 🙂
3. What are your feelings on yogurt?
Fro-Yo is good. Other than some good ol’ fashion frozen yogurt, I do like Dannon Light & Fit Lemon yogurt. YUM!
4. How do you feel about soy milk?
I cannot drink it. Eww.
5. How far are you from the nearest cow?
Probably not very far. This is Ohio.
Gwen
Too funny. I'm not very far from cows either. The joys of living in the midwest. XOXO

Ack-when I lived in AZ I had to be careful not to HIT cows on the road -it was open range there! So frustrating. I don't like soy milk either!!
Happy Saturday to you!!

My bf and I go through 2 gallons of whole vitamin D milk in less than a week! lol And I love yogurt (my fave is strawberry banana yoplait). I'm not a huge fan of the “american processed cheese” that comes in singles, but I LOVE cheddar and mozzarella! (String cheese is the best!). Any milk besides Whole Vitamin D is mostly water and disgusting…anddddd there are MANY cows here. I live in Wisconsin!!!! 😀 (It would be like going against state regulations or something if I didn't like dairy! lol)
Thanks for posting! I look forward to reading more of your stuff!
