Having babies = loss of ab muscles.
Postpartum = I want my abs back.
Enter the Fab Ab February challenge….
It seems easy enough.
Even if I don’t have time to get to the gym
(which I truly hope I will regularly!! — Fingers crossed),
I can still do these things at home.
I’ve kinda fallen off the Wheat Belly Diet lifestyle over the last week
(truthfully not much, but enough to make me feel ‘blah‘).
The Red + White On Thursday Night event KILLED me! HA!
Anyone want to join me in getting killer abs back?? 🙂
