It’s basically the ultimate cozy comfort food. And couldn’t we all use a little extra comfort right now? (Yes, the answer is YES.).

How to Make this recipe
- 1 - 16 ounce package of Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 - 10 ounce can of Rotel Original, drained
Cut the Velveeta into squares and drain the liquid from the Rotel tomatoes.
Place the Velveeta and tomatoes in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat.
Stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted and both ingredients are well-combined.
Serve warm with chips or veggies.
if you prefer a thinner texture to the dip, do not drain the Rotel tomatoes -- or drain just some of it.
