I would like to send out a HUGE thank you to someone who has no idea what she has done for me!

I want to give a huge shout out thank you to Megan! On her lovely blog, Tales of the Trees, she posted a recipe for Taco Soup.

So when I was at the grocery store the other day I picked up the ingredients. Last night I made TotT’s Taco Soup and it was AMAZING!

{browning the beef & onions}

I’m not just saying that cause I made it either! CGirl came over to tell me about her recent vacation and she LOVED it! We both had to have second helpings!

{cooking it all in one giant pot}

I added some crushed tortilla chips on top of the cheese and it was kick butt (notice, still no swearing)!

{the final product}

Domestic success! Thanks for believing in me ladies! 🙂

    First of all, I am so impressed. Second, I wish I could have come for dinner! That looks delicious and I am going to have to try the recipe because I love chicken tortilla soup and this sounds similar. Of course, I would pretty much eat anything with shredded cheese on top!
