the brightside of weekends.

weekends. in general. they rock.

sleeping in.

not having to pay for my coffee Friday morning because there was a man buying everyone’s coffee. incredible and inspiring.

although she is not having her best moment, the vet confirmed Saturday that Pepper is in great health. you know, except for that whole she’s-not-really-spayed thing.

watching a total of 3 movies this weekend: Sex and the City 2, The Other Guys, and When in Rome.  {for the record, not at all impressed with SATC2.. except for the Aiden scenes cause I love him; The Other Guys was hilarious; and When in Rome was way better than expected!}

getting life organized. i not only did tons of laundry, but was able to clean, transfer over files from my sony laptop to my macbook, and prepare for the week to come.

finishing up week 7 of the couch 2 5k program. feeling incredible.

i am always happy on fridays

I’ve had a crazy busy and super stressful week at work, so this weekend my plans will consists of:

-going out to Salsaritas with Suzanne for dinner Friday night.

-going to the gym.

-cleaning my apartment.

-watching Season 1 disc 1 & 2 of Mad Men from Netflix!

-Doing my taxes

-Going to Starbucks and reading the book The Help (for book club).

-catching up on all of your blogs!! {you’ve been busy little bloggers!}

So obviously no major plans, but I sometimes like it that way. A very wise girl tells me to slow down sometimes (and thank you for that Dawn!), so that’s exactly what I will be doing!
