bloggers, we have a problem.

I need an intervention. Without BF to help me decide what to eat (yes, I am often incapable of making minor decisions), I have eaten an assortment of the following:

-Fresh veggies.
-Fresh fruit.
-Hummus.
-Guacamole.

We’re not just talking a little bit either. I’ll sit down and eat just tons of carrots. No well-rounded meal here. Nope. Monday night I got home from my (2nd) gym workout and split like 3 things of guacamole with CGirl. That’s pretty much 5 avacados! Umm… intervention!!

Anywho, enough of my ridiculous lack of eating habits.

An update on my 101 in 1001 list is overdue!

This is a great list. I might have to borrow a few for my own list. I loved the first part of your post about eating a ton of carrots. I do it too. = )

I love this list! I have got to make my own list now that you have inspired me!

Also, I totally wish I had eaten everything that you've eaten this week instead of all of the brownies that I've had!

I totally feel ya! You know what I ate yesterday? Yogurt for breakfast/lunch and then an omelette for dinner. Without LB here I usually forget to eat….oops!

I'm going to start on a goal list soon, I think it will give me something to focus on!

I have the same problem with food. I'll sit down with wheat thins and a tub of light garden vegetable cream cheese (sounds healthy, yes?) and eat the whole tub (or at least half) in one sitting. Defeats the purpose.

And you are trying not to swear for a whole year? WOW. There's NO WAY I could do that, I have trucker mouth sometimes!

Ha! I am the same way with avocados…

I would just argue that it is good for you and screw well balanced if you are at least eating something with good traits. But then again, what the hell do I know!

I can devour a bag of chex mix or kettlecorn like you've never seen! I'm really bad about it when my hubby is gone.

When he went to China a few years ago EVERY night I would sit with a tub of fat free sherbert and a spoon and eat that watching tv! h-e-a-l-t-h-y! I tell you!

    You're not alone sister!

I'm with FG on the not swearing. I've got a trucker mouth at times too. Especially when I'm mad or upset!

Good job on your list. Keep up the great work!
