I always make a couple of gallons (yes, gallons) of applesauce and call it a day. But this year I’ve prepared by making my to-bake list a tad bit easier. Difficult and many steps doesn’t necessarily mean delicious, am I right? Instead I’m keeping it easy peasy with these Air Fryer Pumpkin Muffins with Cinnamon Sugar. Quick, easy, and delicious! What’s not to love!?

I think any way to incorporate pumpkin into recipes now is great. It’s end of pumpkin season down under and they are very inexpensive now. I will try your recipe.

Oh my gosh! I love air fryer recipes. <3 I've used to only use mine for frying (lol) but I recently came across air fryer accessories which can help me bake. Your recipe is perf for fall season too! Can I substitute the all-purpose flour with almond flour?
