It’s true: you can’t stop life from happening. Things go wrong and stress happens. But if you can manage to get yourself up and moving in the morning — just get yourself out of bed and work out and go to work — and life goes on. Even the things that you think are major catastrophes? They really aren’t. They really and truly aren’t. Remember that.
It took me some time to remember that this past week, but now that I’ve remembered, life seems…. well, easier. 🙂
