This may not be a great time to mention it, but I figure there never is… but I’ve been suffering from some fairly severe anxiety recently. It’s thrown my life into a tailspin in many ways. Deep down, I know my life is OK. But when you’re suffering from a panic disorder, it’s incredibly hard to keep perspective on what’s important and what’s not.

So this week I’m reminding myself that sometimes it takes a little faith. Faith that everything will work out; faith that there’s a bigger picture that I can’t see right now; faith that even though I feel incredibly anxiety and stress, I am OK.
