oh baby! 31 weeks!

August 9, 2012 in Oh baby!

How far along? 31 weeks + 3 days!

How big is the baby? Baby Boy is about the size of a pineapple! Or rather, 15.2 – 16.7 inches long, weighing in around 2.5 – 3.8 pounds.

Total weight gain? I haven’t been weighed since my last appointment last week. So I’ll have to go with my last known weigh-in at 27 pounds.

Stretch marks? I still have the few around the right of my belly button; but they are much more visible than last week. But it is what it is!

Sleep: I am exhausted. Sleep is still hard to come by and I’ve been quite emotional the last couple of days, and it’s making me even more exhausted than I would be otherwise.

Movements: He’s still moving a lot. Love seeing my belly move around!

Food cravings: Nothing in particular this week. Just trying to eat when I’m hungry so I always have food around. If I wait to long to eat, I get super hangry! Trying to avoid that at all costs.

Food aversions: Grilled chicken. I can still eat breaded chicken 🙂 Hooray!

What I miss: Nothing. Maybe sleeping past 4:30. Otherwise? Nada.

What I’m looking forward to: 32 week appointment on Monday! And I just realized our baby shower is in just a couple weeks! Yay!

Looking good. I think the lack of sleep thing prepares you for when the baby comes. I didn’t start experiencing that until a few weeks ago!
