My week in review:
- Started a new book – Jenny McCarthy’s
Baby Laughs: The Naked Truth About The First Year of Mommyhood!
- Had our 30 week OB checkup appointment
- took one yoga class with the amazing and incredible Gretchen
- picked up my finished pottery creation for Baby L
- and also picked up our yummy + healthy CSA share filled with kale, lettuce, and nitrate-free bacon!
{OK, maybe “healthy” was a stretch with that last item
} - printed and began organizing recipes
- worked 8 hours of OT trying to get a step-up on this upcoming crazy work week
- supervised the painting of Baby L’s nursery. Many thanks to my mom + Chad for their hard work!
- bought Baby L’s changing table/dresser
- finished up week 11 of our Bradley Method natural childbirth classes
{which I realized I’ve been meaning to talk about, but haven’t gotten around to actually doing} - took my wedding ring off — which was emotionally difficult.
But soon my fingers will swell past the point to where I can wear them comfortably. - Brought a little color into my work space.
- read blogs and felt inspired by so many of them
- started and finished a couple of craft projects
- enjoyed a few bites of Mitchell’s Ice Cream, Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale + Ginger Snap Ice Cream
{hooray for finding this little surprise leftover in our freezer from January!} - took a special little puppy on special morning walks alone
An incredibly satisfying week!

Where did you get your organizer? I see these on everyones blog/facebook and I really want to order one for next year!
The organizer is from ErinCondren.com. Actually both the planner + the desk organizer are from her site. LOVE it
So worth the money!

They’re really cute! What kind of leaves are they?
They are fall maple leaves
