Writer’s Workshop – Current Addiction

This is my first installment of Mama Kat’s Writers Workshop!

2. Name your current addiction …. we can get through this together.

“My name is Rachel, and I’m a pita-a-holic.”

BF is going to stage an intervention. Even my manager at work says that it is a problem… he walked past my car in the parking lot and saw a package of pita bread sitting on my front seat. He laughed and said an intervention would soon be necessary.

I don’t know why I love pita bread so much. Yesterday I had pita bread for breakfast. Tuesday I had pita bread as an afternoon snack. Monday I had pita bread before dinner.

I have an addiction to pita bread.

I don’t even require anything to dip it in or to eat with it. Straight up pita (maybe a little toasting, if possible) is all I truly need.

If anyone has any advice on how to overcome (pita)addiction, please let me know.

Pretty funny. As long as pita's don't make you belligerent and impare your ability to drive I say keep being a pita-holic.

I am so with you on this addiction! I am also addicted to hummus ad falafel and Greek salad. I have a whole Greek theme going.
